Followers Of Santa Muerte In Mexico Visit Her Temple In Tepito
Followers of Santa Muerte, also known as "La Nina Blanca" (The White Girl), are currently carrying her image in an underground car in Mexico City. They are en route to her temple on Alfareria Street, Tepito, on the eve of the Day of the Dead and the 22nd anniversary of the figure's placement at that location. They are expressing their gratitude for the favors she has granted during the ongoing COVID-19 health emergency in Mexico over the past three years. (Photo by Gerardo Vieyra/NurPhoto)
