Wage hikes a top concern of Filipino voters for the next President

In the latest survey by Pulse Asia, Filipinos want the new President to act immediately on salary increase upon assuming the office. It was a top issue for Filipino voters during a survey conducted last January 24 and 28, 2016 by Pulse Asia. It showed that among 1,800 respondents nationwide, 38 percent wanted an urgent increase and 36 percent in solving illegal drugs. Philippines will hold its national and local elections on May 9.
