Northern Lights Over The Norwegian Sky
Several people are seen observing the sky during a northern lights show over the city of Hamar in Norway. 07 November 2023. These natural phenomena consisting of bright and colourful lights appear in the night sky of the northern hemisphere, near the poles. It is caused by charged solar particles colliding with the Earth's atmosphere, creating a light show in the form of curtains, arcs or bands of vibrant colours. (Photo by Jorge Mantilla/NurPhoto)
