The Holy Dormition Cathedral is being viewed in Kyiv Pechersk Lavra in Kyiv, Ukraine, on November 22, 2023. For the first time in 30 years, Kyiv residents and visitors are having the opportunity to climb to the highest point of the bell tower in the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, which is also one of the highest historical locations in Kyiv. The Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra has been an important educational and cultural center of Ukraine for centuries. The last large-scale repair and restoration works on the belfry were carried out in 2011-2012.
