Protest Against The Expansion Of Medical School Quotas

The President of the Korean Medical Association, Lee Pil-Soo, and medical personnel affiliated with the Korean Medical Association are pouring water into a broken jar in a symbolic act to signify the futility of the government's policy. They are doing this at the '1st Rally Strongly Condemning the Hasty Promotion of Increasing Medical School Quotas' in front of the War Memorial of Korea in Seoul, South Korea, on January 25, 2024. This act represents their opposition to the government's plan to increase medical school quotas. (Photo by Chris Jung/NurPhoto)
