Emmanuel Macron At A Press Conference After The Special EU Summit

Emmanuel Macron President of the Republic of France at a press conference after the end of the Special European Council Summit, the EU leaders meeting at the headquarters of the European Union. The French President makes a statement and responds to questions from journalists from international media and press. The 27 EU leaders and heads of states had on their agenda to discuss the 2021-2027 budgetary plan and the financial of a 50 billion Euro support package for Ukraine in addition to military, political, economic, diplomatic and humanitarian aid.
