Security Guards Stabbed And Nurses Attacked At Hospital
Several police vehicles are parked outside of Richmond University Medical Center on a Sunday morning. Three security guards are being treated after being stabbed, a nurse has been punched, and another nurse has been bitten in an attack by a patient at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York, United States, on March 3, 2024. At around 5:00 AM, one security guard was stabbed in the right leg, a second security guard was stabbed in the left hand, and a third security guard was also stabbed in the left hand. One nurse was punched in the face, and another nurse was bitten. An officer tased the patient, bringing the incident under control. No additional information is available at this time.
