Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk attends the Special EU Summit. The European Council Summit is the EU leaders meeting at the headquarters of the European Union. The Polish PM makes a statement upon his arrival and responds to questions from journalists from international media and press. The 27 EU leaders and heads of states had on their agenda to discuss the 2021-2027 budgetary plan and the financial of a 50 billion Euro support package for Ukraine in addition to military, political, economic, diplomatic and humanitarian aid.
