Josep Borrell the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission attends the Special EU Summit. The European Council Summit is the EU leaders meeting at the headquarters of the European Union. Josep Borrell makes a statement upon his arrival and responds to questions from journalists of international media and press. The 27 EU leaders and heads of states had on their agenda to discuss the 2021-2027 budgetary plan and the financial of a 50 billion Euro support package for Ukraine in addition to military, political, economic, diplomatic and humanitarian aid.
