Civil Protection Rescues A Person Who Fell In Cerro De La Estrella, Mexico City

Members of Civil Protection are rescuing a person who suffered a fall while climbing Cerro de la Estrella in the Iztapalapa mayor's office in Mexico City. The individual has sustained a fracture of the tibia and fibula. The Civil Protection team is descending with a stretcher to immobilize the injured person so they can be transported to an ambulance and taken to a nearby hospital.
