Palm Sunday Procession
Girls are picking up their branches before the Palm Sunday Procession, which is part of the city's Holy Week. The procession, known as ''the entry into Jerusalem,'' starts from the Town Hall Square and goes to the Cathedral of Santander, Spain. During the procession, the different penitential brotherhoods accompany the members who are carrying palm and laurel branches to be blessed by the bishop at the cathedral.
