Punk Community Give Iftar Food For Motorist In Indonesia
A member of the punk community is giving Iftar food to motorists to break their fast during the holy month of Ramadan on a street in Bogor, Indonesia, on March 31, 2024. The Muslim holy month of Ramadan, the ninth month in the Islamic calendar, is believed to be the time when the first verse of the Koran was revealed during its last 10 nights. It is observed annually with prayers during the night and fasting from eating, drinking, and sexual activities from sunrise to sunset. Ramadan is also a time for socializing, especially in the evening after breaking the fast, with a shift of all activities to later in the day in most countries. (Photo by Adriana Adie/NurPhoto)
