Philippines Light Electric Vehicle Restriction Protest

An enforcer from the Metro Manila Development Agency (MMDA) is looking on as cyclists and light electric vehicle users are standing outside its headquarters, protesting the MMDA's moves to restrict and regulate the use of light electric vehicles (LEVs) in Pasig City, Philippines, on April 10, 2024.
