Police are responding to an incident where a man is being shot after holding a knife during a dispute with a woman on Roosevelt Avenue in Queens, New York, United States, on April 20, 2024. At approximately 4:07 a.m., two NYPD officers are becoming aware of a dispute at the intersection of 103 Street and Roosevelt Avenue, are walking over, and are observing a male with a knife in a dispute with a woman.
