The ''Hero'' shield machine is carrying out excavation construction in the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway Tianxiang Avenue tunnel in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China, on May 1, 2024. The Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel is a control project of the full line of the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway, with a total length of 6.379 km.
