Turkish Airlines Aircraft At Istanbul Airport

Turkish Airlines THY wide body Airbus A330 and Boeing 777 aircraft for long haul flights with the logo on the tail of the fuselage pictured on the tarmac parked and docked to the jet bridge and taxiing front of the terminal building of Istanbul Grand Airport IST. According to international media the airline carrier needs anew 235 jet order from Airbus or Boeing. The airline previously purchased 230 airplanes from Airbus due to growing demand and company's expansion plans. Turkish Airlines is member of Star Alliance aviation group, is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey and operates scheduled services to 340 destinations, it the largest carrier in the world by number of passenger destinations. The airline serves more destinations non-stop from a single airport than any other airline in the world and flies to 126 countries.
