Real Estate Without Purchase Restrictions
High-rise buildings are being seen in downtown Chongqing, Southwest China, on May 9, 2024. Reports indicate that Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xi'an, and other cities have recently lifted the housing purchase restriction, leaving only six cities in China, along with Hainan Province, where the policy is still in effect, including the four first-tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and some areas of Tianjin.
