High-rise Buildings in Beijing
High-rise buildings are being pictured from the 238-meter-high Central Television Tower in Beijing, China, on May 11, 2024. According to reports, Hangzhou and Xi'an announced on May 9 that they are completely canceling the purchase restriction policy of the property market. Currently, the provinces or cities that are still retaining housing purchase restrictions in the country, besides the four first-tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, are only Hainan Province and Tianjin, which are still in a state of partial release of purchase restrictions, while second-tier cities have largely eliminated restrictions.
