Quincy, a 14-year-old male victim, a 15-year-old female victim, and an 18-year-old male victim are near the sidewalk when they are being approached by a black-in-color Kia. One suspect is exiting the vehicle, showing a handgun, and firing shots. All three victims are being transported to the hospital in good condition. There are no suspects in custody.
