Aftermath of Russian missile attack in Zaporizhzhia
A municipal worker is using an aerial work platform to seal a smashed window with a particle board at a residential building damaged by the Russian missile attack in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, on June 1, 2024. In Zaporizhzhia, traffic is temporarily blocked across the Dnipro hydropower plant's dam while 20 houses are sustaining damage as a result of Russian strikes. In the early hours of Saturday, June 1, Ukraine's air defense forces are shooting down 35 cruise missiles and 46 Shahed-131/136 one-way attack drones.
