Two People Shot At Taco Bell In Downtown Chicago Illinois
Two people are being shot at Taco Bell on N. Wabash Avenue in downtown Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 8, 2024. At approximately 12:20 a.m., Saturday morning on the 100 block of N. Wabash Avenue, two victims are inside Taco Bell when an unknown male suspect is firing shots into the restaurant. A 31-year-old male is being transported to the hospital and is listed in good condition with a gunshot wound to the left leg, and a 40-year-old male is also being transported to the hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder. There are no suspects in custody and the circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated. Employees at Taco Bell are cleaning up the debris and remnants from the shooting when Chicago police are done processing the crime scene.
