Chicago Police Department Gun Turn-In Event At Compassion Baptist Church
The Chicago Police Department is hosting a Gun Turn-In event at Compassion Baptist Church in the Calumet Heights neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 8, 2024. The Chicago Police Department Office of Community Policing is organizing the event. Several people are turning in ammunition, rifles, and handguns. When someone is turning in a gun, no questions are being asked. For each real gun turned in, an individual is receiving a $100 Visa gift card.
