A 44-year-old female is being shot and is in critical condition in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 17, 2024. At approximately 1:39 a.m. on Monday morning, on the 6700 block of S. Eberhart Avenue, Chicago police are finding a 44-year-old female victim outside on the sidewalk with one gunshot wound to the torso. The victim is being uncooperative with details of the shooting and is being transported to the hospital where she is listed in critical condition. There are no suspects in custody.
