A 49-year-old male is being shot and is in critical condition following a shooting in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 19, 2024. At approximately 8:13 p.m., Wednesday evening on the 6600 block of S. Throop Street, a 49-year-old male victim is near the sidewalk when he is being struck by gunfire in the abdomen area.
