An 18-year-old male victim is being shot in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 19, 2024. Shell casings are being located inside of Chopin Park. At approximately 7:45 p.m., Wednesday evening, on the 5400 block of W. Cornelia Avenue, an 18-year-old male victim is standing in a group when someone is firing shots. The 18-year-old victim is sustaining a gunshot wound to the lower left leg and is being transported to the hospital in good condition.
