Russian missile strikes Dnipro apartment block

Serhii Lysak of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration is participating in a search and rescue effort at an apartment block hit by a Russian missile in Dnipro, Ukraine, on June 28, 2024. On Friday, June 28, Russian troops are attacking a residential building in Dnipro with a rocket. The Interior Ministry is reporting that one person is dying and 12 people are getting injured, including a baby and a pregnant woman.
