Skagen Infantry Strongpoint, Denmark
Campers, campervans, and other RVs are parking in front of Grenen promontory with WW2 bunker remains in Skagen, Denmark, on May 1, 2024. During WW2, occupying German Nazi forces are converting the northernmost point of Denmark, the Grenen promontory, into a fortified strongpoint. This strongpoint is codenamed Hamburg. Skagen Bunker Museum is being established in a former hospital bunker (Regelbau 638 type). As agreed via e-mail, I am signing up for a review. (Photo by Michal Fludra/NurPhoto)
