Students Demonstration Commemorating 10 Years Jokowi's Government
Hundreds of students from various universities are staging a demonstration to commemorate 10 years of Jokowi's government near the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Indonesia, on July 22, 2024. In this action, students are demanding that President Joko Widodo be tried because he is deemed unable to fulfill his campaign promises, especially regarding welfare issues which have actually decreased due to the increase in prices of basic commodities, the resolution of human rights cases which have not been realized but have actually increased, as well as the decline in the values of democracy and justice.
