Members of the National Guard and the Army are arresting a man allegedly involved in gasoline trafficking in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. A day before the arrest, a tanker truck parked near the Zaragoza International Bridge caught fire, with no injuries reported. Upon investigating the incident, authorities are discovering that the fire was caused by an attempt to steal fuel from the truck.
