Junior doctors, postgraduate trainee doctors, doctors, house staff, interns, and other medical professionals are holding placards protesting against the rape and murder of a PGT woman doctor at Government-run R G Kar Medical College & Hospital in Kolkata, India, on August 12, 2024. While several resident doctors are protesting for the past three days, they are calling to cease all non-emergency responsibilities.
