Mars Jupiter Conjunction

Planets Mars and Jupiter are seen in conjunction through a telescope in the sky above L'Aquila, Italy, on August 15th, 2024. Mars and Jupiter met on the night between August 14 and 15 in the constellation of Taurus. The Gas Giant and the Red Planet created a spectacular close conjunction perfectly visible to the naked eye.
