A 28-year-old male is being shot numerous times and killed in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on August 18, 2024. On Sunday afternoon at approximately 3:00 pm on the 3900 block of W. Madison Street, police officers are responding to a shots fired call and locating a 28-year-old male victim with multiple gunshot wounds lying on the ground unresponsive. The victim is being transported to the hospital in critical condition where he is being pronounced dead a short time later.
