Sexual minorities of Nepal are parading through the capital, Kathmandu, Nepal, on August 20, 2024, in commemoration of their deceased colleagues in the past year, coinciding with the festival of Gaijatra. The festival of Gaijatra also commemorates those who died in the past year, where people of all ages are disguising themselves as cows and lunatics and going around the city.
