Poland reduces dependance on traditional coal
GDANSK,13 April 2016 - Poland has made significant investments in it’s energy sector the last years. State run energy company PERN has recently opened a crude oil terminal in the port city Gdansk which should help secure the country’s energy security. Poland is traditionally dependent on coal power but has been put under pressure by the EU to end it’s reliance of pollution heavy sources of energy. (Photo by Jaap Arriens/NurPhoto)
