LTE auction winner pulls out of 2 billion zloty deal

GDANSK,14 April 2016 - After auction winner Netnet reneged on it’s prize of a 5 MHz block of 800 MHz the LTE spectrum the Polish electronic communications regulator UKE said it will resolve the issue in April or no later than May of this year.
