NYPD Investigating Stabbing Inside Apartment In Mount Eden Section Of Bronx New York
The NYPD investigates the scene of a 38-year-old woman who is killed and a 46-year-old man who is wounded in a stabbing inside an apartment in the Mount Eden section of Bronx, New York, United States, on December 6, 2024. On Friday morning at approximately 3:31 AM, police respond to a 911 call of an assault in progress at 1479 Macombs Road. Upon arrival, police officers discover a 38-year-old woman with multiple stab wounds to the chest and back. EMS responds and transports the woman to Saint Barnabas Hospital where she is later pronounced dead. Upon further investigation, it is discovered that a second victim, a 46-year-old man who is stabbed once in the left leg, is transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital by private means where he is listed in stable condition.
