Response effort to Russian missile attack on medical facility in Zaporizhzhia
In Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, on December 11, 2024, rescuers and a canine handler with a SAR dog examine the ruins of a private clinic destroyed by a Russian missile strike during a search and rescue operation. On Tuesday, December 10, Russian forces launch an Iskander-M missile at a clinic in Zaporizhzhia. At the time of the strike, medical staff and patients are inside the facility.
