The Triton Fountain In Piazza Bocca Della Verità Has Been Restor
In Rome, Italy, on December 21, 2024, the mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, inaugurates the restoration of the Fontana dei Tritoni and the redeveloped garden, a few days before the start of the Jubilee, in the center of Rome. The intervention, completed with PNRR resources, involves the restoration of the Fontana dei Tritoni, built between 1717 and 1719 by order of Pope Clement XI Albani (1700-1721) as the culmination of important urban redevelopment works in the area adjacent to the banks of the Tiber.
