Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department Homicide Unit investigate the circumstances surrounding a domestic-related assault that results in a fatal shooting in Rosedale, Baltimore County, Maryland, United States, on December 24, 2024. At approximately 6:35 a.m. on Tuesday, officers respond to 6 Breslin Court for reports of a shooting. Once on the scene, officers locate an adult female along with two children suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Medics transport the three victims to an area hospital where one child is pronounced deceased. An adult male, who is believed to be the suspect, sustains a self-inflicted gunshot wound and is also transported to the hospital.
