Six pedestrians are struck by a New York City taxi at West 34th Street and Sixth Avenue in the Herald Square section of Manhattan, New York, United States, on December 25, 2024. At approximately 4:03 PM, six pedestrians are injured when a City of New York taxi strikes them after jumping a sidewalk. The driver of the taxi is a 58-year-old man. A 9-year-old boy suffers a laceration to the right thigh and is in stable condition, a 19-year-old woman refuses medical attention, a 37-year-old woman refuses medical attention, a 41-year-old woman sustains an injury to the head and is in stable condition, a 49-year-old woman sustains a leg injury and is in stable condition, and another 49-year-old woman refuses medical attention.
