USPS Worker Fatally Stabbed At A Deli In Harlem Manhattan New York City
A USPS postal worker is stabbed to death in a deli while working in Harlem, Manhattan, New York, United States, on January 2, 2024. On Thursday afternoon at approximately 2:38 PM, police respond to a 911 call for an assault inside 168 Lenox Avenue. Upon arrival, officers observe a 36-year-old male victim identified as Ray Hodges with multiple stab wounds on the body. EMS responds and transports the man to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem, where he is pronounced dead. A 24-year-old female, Jaia Cruz, is arrested and charged in the case.
