Anti-Semitic Vandalism In Warsaw
Several people are seen gathered at the Umschlagplatz monument in Warsaw, Poland on 08 January, 2025. The monument built in memory of over 300 thousand Jews deported to death camps by Nazi Germany has been painted with grafitti reading 'Warsaw 1943 = Gaza 2025' by an unknown person. A local resident, whose mother was one of victimsof the Nazi deportatins, initiated a public clean up of the monument after city authorities had not taken action for multiple days.
