China New Commercial Housing Construction Declines in 2024
A commercial housing complex is under construction in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China, on January 17, 2025. On the same day, the National Bureau of Statistics releases data showing that the sales area of new commercial housing in 2024 is 973.85 million square meters, down 12.9% from the previous year, with the sales area of residential housing down 14.1%.
