On Monday morning at approximately 10:36 AM, police respond to 80-45 Winchester Boulevard in Queens Village, New York. Upon arrival, officers find Ronald Giacopelli face down on the floor, unconscious and unresponsive, with multiple stab wounds to the back of the neck and lower back. EMS pronounces Giacopelli deceased on the scene. David Zheng is charged with second-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
