Fire Hits In Residential Area In The Philippines
Firefighters and volunteers respond to a second alarm fire in the residential area in Antipolo City, Philippines, on February 13, 2025. In 2024, 18,256 fire incidents in the Philippines are recorded, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). This is an 11.2% increase from 2023, when there are 16,387 fire incidents. The fire incident casualties also rise to 341 civilians, compared to 321 in 2023.
