The Holocaust Memorial, with the American Embassy, the Reichstag, and the Quadriga of the Brandenburg Gate in the background, commemorates the approximately six million Jews who are murdered under the rule of Adolf Hitler and the National Socialists. The memorial consists of 2,711 cuboid concrete stelae erected on an area of about 19,000 m2 south of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Germany, on September 29, 2022.
