The Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG) Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, on February 24, 2025, is the constitutional court of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Federal Constitutional Court, with 16 judges in two senates, is responsible for scrutinizing constitutionally determined political life, which it interprets in accordance with the Basic Law, taking particular account of the individual fundamental rights of citizens.
