82nd Anniversary Of The Liquidation Of The Ghetto In Krakow
In Krakow, Poland, on March 9, 2025, Boaz Gadka, Chief Rabbi of Krakow, participates in the March of Remembrance on the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of the liquidation of the Krakow Ghetto. The Krakow Ghetto is established in 1941 and is inhabited by 16,000 Jews. On March 13 and 14, 1943, it is liquidated when the Germans resettle the Jews to the KL Plaszow labor camp. To commemorate this, the March of Remembrance follows the same route as the Jews in March 1943. (Photo by Klaudia Radecka/NurPhoto)
