Empower Drivers Rallied And Marched In Washington, DC
A full-time Empower driver, Wolfe Glass, comes from DC to join the Empower driver's rally in front of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., on March 13, 2025, to demand that Empower not be shut down. Empower CEO Joshua Sear leads the rally, and then they march to Freedom Plaza. Founded in 2019, the ride-hailing start-up Empower becomes a serious rival to Uber and Lyft in Washington.
