32-year-old Xavier Goodson Shot And Killed In The Edenwald Neighborhood Of Bronx New York

NYPD crime scene unit investigators photograph the area and collect evidence into evidence bags at the scene where Xavier Goodson is shot and killed in Edenwald, Bronx, New York, United States, on March 20, 2025. On March 20, 2025, at approximately 4:05 PM, police respond to a 911 call of a male shot inside 1101 East 231 Street in Edenwald, Bronx, New York. Upon arrival, a 32-year-old man identified as Xavier Goodson is discovered unconscious and unresponsive with gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen. EMS responds and transports the aided male to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi where he succumbs to his injuries and is pronounced dead.
